Looking for a way to keep Moms-to-be laughing during the roller coaster that is pregnancy, Serina and Aprile, co-founders and sisters-in-law, began toying with various humorous sayings surrounding pregnancy when Serina became pregnant in summer of 2005. All of the shirt ideas sprang from real emotions, feelings, ideas, or concerns that come with pregnanacy. These shirts are designed to keep you laughing throughout your entire pregnancy and beyond and help you feel confident in being Simply Preggo.

When Serina started looking for maternity clothing, they realized that, at the time, the maternity t-shirt market was lacking. Few companies produced and sold high quality, fashionable t-shirts designed specifically for the mom-to-be. Most companies were trying to market oversized t-shirts as maternity shirts and were not truly tailoring their designs to fit the pregnant woman. With that in mind, Serina and Aprile worked to develop and provide fashionable, fitted maternity t-shirts. These shirts are 100% vintage-soft cotton and pre-shrunk for your convenience.

Since it's founding both families have grown! Serina has two children, has survived one deployment of her husband to Iraq, and continues to work daily to grow Simply Preggo. Aprile also has two children and has moved away; while she is not involved daily with Simply Preggo, she continues to spread the word of our message of simple humor with a simply design!

In the future, Serina is working to design and develop humorous shirts for the entrire expanding family.
