Because we know that not every belly is the same, we are glad to make returns or exchanges. However, the purchase must be returned in unworn condition, and all exchanges and returns must be completed within 30 days of the purchase date. All sales are final on clearance items. All refunds will include original purchase price minus the shipping and handling.  Exchanges will take 3-4 days to process.

Baby Gear

All returns or exchanges on the baby gear items, including bumbos and strollers, must be completed within 30 days of purchase date. The item must be returned in the orginal packaging in new condition. All sales are final on clearance items. Refunds include the orginal purchase price minus shipping and handling cost.

DVDs

All returns or exchanges on DVDs must be completed within 30 days of the purchase date. DVDs must be returned unopened, in the original packaging. All sales on clearance items are final. Refunds include the original purchase price minus shipping and handling cost.

In order to complete a refund or exchange you will need to send an e-mail to customerservice@simplypreggo.com, to receive a return authorization number and complete instructions.
